Marroquin’s Construction managed this project from start to finish — including permitting, construction, and final finishes. The work involved adding a 250 sq. ft. ground-level extension to create a spacious master bedroom with a full bathroom, tailored for comfort and functionality.

As part of the build, we also constructed an additional 250 sq. ft. unfinished basement, providing the homeowner with valuable extra space for future use. By handling every stage of the project, our team ensured a smooth process and a high-quality result that expanded both the beauty and practicality of the home.
